      Requirements to Open a Water and/or Sewer Account

      * Valid I.D. upon request

      * If you are renting: A valid lease agreement is needed to open a new account, with two options available:
      Option #1 - A copy of your lease agreement, signed by both the homeowner and the tenant. OR.
      Option #2 - A copy of your lease agreement, signed by both the tenant and the property manager, AND, documentation giving authorization to the property manager by the homeowner, signed by both the property manager and the homeowner.

      * Third parties - opening an account requires the same information to be provided.

      * At time of application - payment of fees to include any unpaid balances or fees on an existing or previous account must be paid in full prior to opening a new account.

      * Prior to receiving service - deposit and activation fees are required if applicable.

      NOTE: Please allow 7 business days for your online application to be received and reviewed. Once reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make a payment for any applicable fees and/or deposits.
