If there are violations will I be notified?
Yes. The designated local Agent and Mortgage Servicer will be notified by email and a Notice of Violation, and be afforded a period of time to correct the violation. If the violation (s) are not corrected within the given time frame, a citation or other legal action will be issued or instituted at that time.
