We will accomplish this by providing excellent service, streamlining business processes, implementing innovative technologies, and proactively engaging customers while enforcing all applicable Pasco County regulations.
Pasco County Government offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at 12:00 p.m., and Wednesday December 25, 2019 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Pasco County Government offices will reopen on 12-26-19 regular business hours.
Pasco County Government offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. and Wednesday 1-1-20 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in observance of New Year's Eve and New Year's day. Pasco County Government offices will reopen on 1-2-20 regular business hours.
The Contractor Licensing Section stores and processes information related to contractor licensing such as changes of address, Workers' Compensation, bonds and insurance.
In order for a licensed contractor to be able to pull building permits, be listed as a subcontractor on a building permit and to obtain inspections in unincorporated Pasco County, the contractor must first register with the Contractor Licensing Section.
It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that all licensing information on file with Pasco County is current.
