TEFRA Notice of Public Hearing  

Notice is hereby given that the Pasco County Housing Finance Authority, Pasco County Florida (the "Authority") will hold and conduct a public hearing to be held on June 16, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as such matters may be heard.  The public hearing will be held via the following toll-free telephonic conference line in lieu of physical presence at the public hearing:

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments and hear discussion concerning the proposed issuance by the Authority of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (the "Bonds"), in an aggregate principal amount of not exceeding $65,500,000 in one or more series to finance a loan (the "Loan") to be made by the Authority to Port Richey Leased Housing Associates III, LLLP a Minnesota limited liability limited partnership, or its permitted successors or assigns (the "Borrower") to finance the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 388-unit multifamily apartment community to be known as "Anchor at Gulf Harbors" which units will be available for rental to low, middle and moderate elderly income tenants (the "Project").  The Project is located approximately 0.2 miles Northeast of the intersection of Marine Parkway and Sea Forest Drive, New Port Richey, Pasco County, Florida.  The Project will be owned and operated by or on behalf of the Borrower. 


The Bonds will be special obligations of the Authority payable solely out of the revenues derived from a loan agreement with the Borrower.  The Bonds will not constitute an indebtedness of the Authority, Pasco County, Florida, the State of Florida (the "State") or any other political subdivision of the State within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory debt limitation or restriction.  The Authority has no taxing power. 


All interested parties are invited to present their comments at the time and place set forth above. 


Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
