Proactive Code Enforcement (PACE) Team

The PACE Team was designed to proactively respond to the demands and needs of Pasco County’s communities and citizens. The PACE Team conducts proactive education and enforcement throughout the entire county addressing concerns in areas with a high volume of ordinance violations and risks to public health and safety.

If you have questions or concerns regarding code and ordinance violations, please contact (727) 847-2411.

To request an assessment of your community, please submit a Proactive Neighborhood Assessment Form.

After submitting a request, please expect future contact from a PACE Team member via the information you provided on the form.

The PACE Team utilizes a three-tiered approach to positively impact communities:

Education: A soft approach to address common violations i.e. inoperative vehicles, overgrown conditions, commercial vehicles, boats/RV's/trailer, and trash/junk/debris

Enforcement:  Follow up sweeps addressing violations from education and new violations

High Impact: Addresses complex and/or complicated cases
