The Cotee River Trail Underpass - Phase I Feasibility Study is funded through an Interlocal Agreement between Pasco County, the City of Port Richey and the City of New Port Richey. This study is being conducted in advance of further study for future phases as part of the Millers Bayou Working Waterfront catalyst project (pending Governor DeSantis approval of the state budget), which may include plans for a Riverwalk / boardwalk, connecting trails, marine docks, and planning for future parking structures and/or surface parking on the east side of US 19, and/or multi-use development (hotel, retail, housing).
