Part of Pinefield Avenue in the Beacon Square subdivision is closed in both directions through Friday, 8/12, so crews can do repair work in the area. Pasco County Utilities has a new notification system to provide important service information and updates. The automated messaging system will deliver pre-recorded messages, using the phone number listed on a customer's account. New Payment Service Provider for Pasco County Utilities

Update | 10/22/21: Pasco County Utilities is excited to announce a new bill pay service for paying your utility bill, powered by Invoice Cloud. Exciting features and more convenient ways to pay are on their way! The new Pay-by-Phone number is 855-786-5344. A new processing fee of 2.75 percent is applied to all credit card transactions with a minimum payment of $1.50 and maximum payment of $125,000. ACH payments made, using your banking information, will be charged a $2.50 processing fee, when paying online, up to a maximum payment amount of $125,000... Read More

New Rates for Pasco County Utilities Customers

Beginning October 1, 2021, Pasco County Utilities customers will see rate changes on their monthly water, wastewater, and reclaimed water bill. The average residential customer using 6,000 gallons of water would see a billing increase from $79 to $81.30, a difference of $2.30. Rates, fees, and charges details are available at bit.ly/pcurates.
