Rider Alerts, Service Changes & Detour

Service Changes

In to order increase frequency on key routes and reduce the volume of riders on each bus, PCPT will temporarily eliminate service on Routes 18, 25, 31 and 41, until further notice.

PCPT will reduce the number of total vehicles on the road and reallocate them to assist with any overflow situations caused by these changes and have supervisors onsite at key locations as this transition occurs.

PCPT will close the walk-up window for service.

As a reminder, we ask patrons to use the rear door of the buses, if possible, and to observe CDC social distancing guidelines of six feet.

Demand Response - Paratransit

PCPT is limiting locations for Demand-Response (Paratransit) service to essential service locations, such as medical, work and grocery locations.
