Fee Credit Registry Forms (UNDER CONSTRUCTION):
Utility Surcharge Credit Eligibility Criteria Form
Purpose:
This form will be provided to Developers by County staff at preliminary meetings with PDD Current Planning, preferably at Development Review and Administration Fee at PDD Intake. The information provides Developers with an understanding of what utility transmission infrastructure improvements are eligible or not for Utility Surcharge credits.
Surcharge Credit Request Application Checklist Form
Purpose:
After the utility infrastructure is constructed, in place, and accepted by Pasco County Utilities (PCU), the Developer may apply for surcharge credits by submitting the above form who will then determine the actual eligible surcharge credit amount. Once reviewed and verified, a signed Utility Surcharge Credit Letter will be issued.
Standard Utility Surcharge Credit Letter.
Purpose:
Provide proof to the County that the Developer owns credits that can be redeemed to pay his surcharges and/or can register these credits (partially or all on the Registry).
Standard Purchase Agreement of Utility Surcharge Credit Letter
Purpose:
Provide proof to the County that the Developer has purchased Utility Surcharge Credits at par from those listed on the Fee Credit Registry. This allows the Developer to use the credits to pay for the remaining fees of his Utility Surcharges.
Standard Request to Register Credits Letter
Purpose:
Information needed to register Developer’s credits on the Fee Credit Registry so future developers can purchase these credits on par, and thus help reimburse the owner of credits for expenses in installing the transmission lines in VOPH that future developers/builders will connect to.
Fee Credit Registry Resolution of January 26, 2021
