Notice of Public Hearing - Adoption of Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) – FY 2019-20 through FY 2023-24 

The Pasco County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), the designated organization responsible for conducting a countywide transportation planning program, is scheduled to review and adopt the TIP at their regularly scheduled meeting on June 11, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Dade City Historic Court House, Board Room, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, 33525. The TIP identifies a Five Year (FY 2019-20 through FY 2023-24) listing of all transportation projects and programs funded with Federal and State funds, within Pasco County. The purpose of this notice is to provide an opportunity for public comments and input on the Final Draft TIP prior to adoption. The Final Draft TIP is available for public review and comment on the MPO's website (www.pascompo.net) under “Public Hearings/Notices”. You may view the Draft TIP to provide comments. Notice of Public Hearing – Adoption of Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) – FY 2019-20

The Pasco County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), the designated organization responsible for conducting a countywide transportation planning program is scheduled to review and adopt the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) at their regulatory scheduled meeting on June 11, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Dade City Historic Court House, Board Room, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, 33525. The UPWP presents a two-year (biennial) work program of that identifies the transportation planning budget which allocates Federal, State and local funding to specific multimodal transportation planning activities, products and related programs. The current biennial UPWP covers Fiscal Years (FY) 2018-19 through FY 2019-2020. The public notice is being provided to provide input on the amended Draft UPWP that ends on June 5, 2019. Notice of Request for Public Comments on the 2019 List of Priority Projects

The Pasco County MPO, the Countywide transportation planning agency responsible for maintaining a countywide transportation planning program is seeking public comments and input on the 2019 List of Priority Projects (LOPP). Pursuant to Federal Regulations and Florida Statutes, the MPO is responsible for identifying and prioritizing transportation projects and program priorities and annually updating and maintaining a List of Priority Projects. The List of Priority Projects provides guidance to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the development and programming of federally and State funded projects and programs as part of the FDOT’s Tentative Work Program which presents transportation projects and programs to be funded over the next five years. The 30-day public comment period runs from June 17 until July 17, 2019. The final 2019 LOPP is scheduled for approval by the MPO Board at their regularly scheduled meeting on August 8, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the Dade City Historic Court House, Board Room, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, 33525.
