Transfer Your Water and/or Sewer Account

An account can be transferred in person, in writing/email, or by phone  at 727-847-8131 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To transfer at an account, the active account must have a zero balance. The deposit may be different when transferring. If it is higher, the difference must be paid at the time of transfer. If it is lower, the difference will be credited to the new account.

There can only be three (3) days with both accounts on with the same deposit.

There is a non-refundable activation fee of $57.00 for next day requests or any day thereafter. There is a non-refundable activation fee of $98.00 for same day requests.
